Social Media Platform Disconnection

At Goomni, we are committed to protecting your data privacy and giving you full control over your information. When you disconnect a social media platform from your Goomni account, we implement an immediate and comprehensive data deletion process.

What Happens When You Disconnect a Platform

  1. Automatic Data Removal: Upon disconnecting a social media platform from your Goomni account, all associated data collected from that platform will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

  2. Comprehensive Deletion: This includes:

    • Historical social media marketing data

    • User-specific insights

    • Any cached or stored information related to the disconnected platform

  3. Immediate Action: The deletion process is instantaneous. As soon as you click "Disconnect", the data removal begins immediately.

Your Data Privacy Matters

  • No Retained Information: We do not keep any residual data after platform disconnection.

  • Complete Transparency: You have full visibility and control over your data.

  • Secure Deletion: Our system ensures complete and irreversible data removal.

How to Disconnect a Platform

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select "Integrations"

  3. Choose the platform you wish to disconnect

  4. Click on the platform Icon.

  5. Click "Disconnect".

  6. Confirm the action

Note: Once disconnected, all data from that platform will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
