What Happens When You Disconnect a Platform
Automatic Data Removal: Upon disconnecting a social media platform from your Goomni account, all associated data collected from that platform will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Comprehensive Deletion: This includes:
Historical social media marketing data
User-specific insights
Any cached or stored information related to the disconnected platform
Immediate Action: The deletion process is instantaneous. As soon as you click "Disconnect", the data removal begins immediately.
Your Data Privacy Matters
No Retained Information: We do not keep any residual data after platform disconnection.
Complete Transparency: You have full visibility and control over your data.
Secure Deletion: Our system ensures complete and irreversible data removal.
How to Disconnect a Platform
Navigate to Settings
Select "Integrations"
Choose the platform you wish to disconnect
Click on the platform Icon.
Click "Disconnect".
Confirm the action
Note: Once disconnected, all data from that platform will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
