1994

Clients needed quality they could trust

Rex Black founded RBI as a quality assurance consulting and training organization. Achieved ASTQB accreditation as one of the first ISTQB-accredited providers in the United States. The discipline that started here still runs through everything we do.

2000s

Clients needed QA at enterprise scale

Built one of the most recognized QA training practices in the world. Trained QA teams at Epic Games, Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, and the US Air Force Cyber Command. Became AWS and Azure Solutions Architects as clients moved to the cloud.

2010s

Clients needed more than testing

Grew the consulting practice to serve Fortune 50 clients, government agencies, and global enterprises. Became a Salesforce Consulting Partner. Added Shopify and HubSpot as clients needed ecommerce and CRM alongside quality assurance.

2022

Clients needed global commerce

Led a 3-year, five-country ecommerce platform program for a Fortune-listed skincare brand, expanding direct-to-consumer reach globally with 17% US revenue growth.

2024

Clients needed the full picture

Formalized RBI Digital, RBI Test, and RBI Agents as three distinct Centers of Excellence. Each led by domain practitioners, each targeting a specific business pressure. One partner for the full technology stack.

2025

Clients needed AI in production, not demos

Launched AI Voice Agent and AI Lead Intelligence as production systems. Expanded workforce development through Simplilearn partnership to 550+ accredited courses across QA, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity.

2026

Clients needed agentic enterprise architecture

Accepted into the Anthropic Cloud partnership program. Committed to Salesforce Agentic Enterprise vision, architecting Agentforce agents grounded in Data Cloud and deploying industry-specific autonomous agents.
